LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to
shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the UAE. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed during store hours 10:00am to 10:00pm will be delivered the Next-Day.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1 or 2 Days for addresses within the UAE. For International delivery i.e Oman and the rest of the GCC Countries, standard timeframe is 2 to 7 Days.
Flat rate shipping fees applies to orders shipping to locations within the UAE. For International Orders, weight and cost come into effect.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer Aed. 20 flat rate shipping within the UAE for order below Aed. 1000.
For International Shipping, rates may differ from Aed. 75 depending on the weight and cost of your package.
